8 ozs button Mushroom
1 Lime (juiced)
1 red onion
2 fresh garlic cloves
9 ozs Cherry tomatoes (red, yellow, green)
2 red Bell pepper
1 handful cilantro
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch brown sugar
Sea salt
Red pepper flakes
4 Taco shells

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Mix in a bowl with the lime juice and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Peel, halve and thinly slice the onion. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Rinse, trim and quarter the tomatoes. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half and chop into small cubes. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and chop coarsely.

3.

Combine all the prepared ingredients with the mushrooms and the oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper flakes.

4.

Fill the taco shells with the salad to serve.
