2 cups Dark chocolate (70% cocoa, chopped)
1 cup Milk chocolate (30% cocoa, chopped)
cup soft butter
3 eggs
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ⅔ cups flour
1 ½ cups ground Hazelnuts
1 Tbsp Baking powder

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie and mix together the eggs, sugar and the salt until the sugar has dissolved. Gradually stir in the melted chocolate mixture and then fold in the flour, nuts and baking powder.
3.
Spread the mixture on the prepared baking tray and bake for around 30 min - test with a toothpick or cake tester. Remove the cake from the oven, leave to cool, then cut into cubes and serve.
