3 cups whole, mini Pretzel
0.333 cup butter
1 ½ cups smooth Peanut butter
2 Tbsps dark brown sugar
0.333 cup powdered sugar
1.333 cups plain Dark chocolate
16 whole, mini Pretzel

Preparation steps

1.
Line the base of shallow 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment. Put the 200g mini pretzels into a large plastic bag. Break into very small pieces using a rolling pin. Put the crushed pretzels into a bowl.

Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Remove and stir in the peanut butter and sugars. Stir in the crushed pretzels and mix well. Spoon into the tin and spread out evenly, pressing the mixture with the back of a spoon. Chill for 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a pan over hot but not boiling water. Spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut mixture. Arrange the whole pretzels, evenly spaced, on top of the chocolate. Leave to set.
4.
When set remove from the tin and cut into squares.
