1 Tbsp Cherry brandy
250 grams powdered sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
Cardamom
275 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Whisk the eggs, cherry brandy and powdered sugar for 2 minutes. Whisk in the vanilla sugar and cardamom then fold in the flour and baking powder.

On a floured work surface, roll out the dough until about 7 mm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick and cut out 5 cm (approximately 2-inch) stars. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies on the baking sheet. Cover and let dry overnight. The following day, bake the cookies in a preheated oven (130°C) (approximately 275°F) for 30 minutes.
