Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and quarter the strawberries. Squeeze half a lemon squeeze. Mix the vinegar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, honey, oil and pepper, mix with the strawberries, season to taste and let stand for 1 hour.

Meanwhile rinse the basil and mint, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into strips.

3.

Arrange strawberries on 4 plates and sprinkle with the herb strips.
