- 1 cup ripe Strawberries (washed and hulled)
- 1 Tbsp runny honey
- 2 Tbsps Almond flour
- ⅜ cup Pomegranate juice
- 1.333 cups Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 handful crushed Ice
- To garnish
- 2 whole almonds (sliced)
- 2 sliced Strawberries
Preparation
Preparation steps
1.
Put the strawberries into a blender with the honey, ground almonds, pomegranate juice and yogurt and blend until smooth.
2.
Add the crushed ice and blend again briefly.
3.
Pour into 2 glasses.
4.
Garnish with almond and strawberry slices.
