3 cups Coconut milk (or almond milk)
¼ cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground Cardamom
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch grated Nutmeg
1 Star anise
3 ½ ozs dairy free sugar-free dairy-free chocolate (chopped)
honey (to taste)
4 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the coconut milk, cacao powder, vanilla, cardamom, ground cinnamon and star anise in a pan until hot.
2.
Bring to a simmer and stir in the chopped chocolate. Simmer, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then add honey to taste.
3.
Remove the star anise, pour into cups and add a cinnamon stick to each cup.
