- 4 cups Conchiglie (cold)
- 1 cup smoked Salmon (cut into strips)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- ¼ cup low-fat Yogurt
- ¼ cup low-fat Mayonnaise
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
- Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the yoghurt and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl until smooth. Season and reserve to one side.
2.
Toss the smoked salmon with the lemon juice and combine with the conchiglie in a large mixing bowl.
3.
Add the prepared yoghurt and mayonnaise dressing and add the chopped dill. Toss well and spoon into serving boats.
4.
Garnish with sprigs of dill.
