1 red and 1 yellow Bell pepper
400 grams small Broccoli
1 bunch scallions
300 grams green Asparagus
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
soy sauce
4 Tbsps sesame oil
300 grams shrimp (peeled with tails and deveined)
cilantro

Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white ribs, and cut into strips. Rinse the broccoli and cut the broccoli florets smaller if necessary. Peel and chop the broccoli stems. Rinse and slice the scallions. Rinse the asparagus, remove woody ends and cut into pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove from the wok, season with salt and pepper to taste, and keep warm.

Heat more sesame oil. Add the bell peppers and broccoli stems, and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the broccoli florets and asparagus, and cook until tender-crisp. Add the scallions and more sesame oil, and cook briefly. Season with the oyster sauce, and some soy sauce to taste. Add the shrimp and warm through. Serve garnished with the cilantro.
