2 handfuls Arugula
1 Red onion
4 Tomatoes
2 sprigs Basil
150 grams Feta
80 grams black Olives
2 Tbsps Caper
salt
freshly ground peppers
Red wine vinegar
olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse the arugula and shake dry. Peel the onion, halve and cut into thin strips.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes and dice. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the branches. Crumble the feta.

3.

Mix tomatoes and cucumber and arrange on plates. Top with the onion, arugula, feta, capers and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
