200 grams Cherry tomatoes (on the vine)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and drain. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Pound out until the breast is even. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in hot butter until golden brown for about 3 minutes on each side.

Add the chopped herbs and sage leaves. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with chicken and tomatoes while warm with a green leaf salad.
