4 small white onion (peeled and cut into wedges)
4 small Red onions (peeled and cut into wedges)
cup olive oil
12 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 220C (200C fan) 425F, gas 7.
2.
Rub the cut onions with the oil and place in an ovenproof dish.
3.
Scatter over the thyme and roast in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until tender, turning frequently during the cooking.
