1 onion
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps olive oil
350 grams ground pork
1 sm jar peeled Tomatoes
400 grams Rigatoni
100 grams black-brown Olives
salt
peppers
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse celery, trim and very finely chop. Peel onion and finely chop. Heat oil, add onion and crushed garlic and sauté. Add celery and sauté briefly. Add ground pork and fry until crumbly over high heat while stirring. Season with salt and pepper, stir in peeled tomatoes and simmer about 40 minutes. Season to taste and mix in the olives.

Cook rigatoni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and mix with the sauce. Transfer to plates and serve garnished with parsley.
