7 ozs good quality white chocolate
3 ozs Corn flakes
12 sugar coated Mini chocolate egg
show all ingredients

Preparation steps

1.
Line a 12 hole bun tin with paper cases.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth.
3.
Gradually add the cornflakes, stirring until thoroughly coated.
4.
Spoon into the paper cases and place a mini egg on top. Leave to set.
