- 500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 3 Tbsps fine Fresh herbs (chopped, mixed, fresh, to taste)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 lemon (2 teaspoons grated lemon zest)
- prepared fresh Vegetables (as desired)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix yogurt in a bowl with oil, herbs and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Spread in small bowl.
2.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
