- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 3 Tbsps fine Fresh herbs (chopped, mixed, fresh, to taste)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 lemon (2 teaspoons grated lemon zest)
- prepared fresh Vegetables (as desired)
