Preparation steps

1.

Peel the avocado, finely dice and mash with the skimmed quark, cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Scoop 2 teaspoons of the avocado and cream mixture and place on a pumpernickel. Serve garnished with smoked salmon.
