400 grams Spiral pasta
salt
2 garlic cloves
2 carrots
2 stalks Celery
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
400 grams Poultry sausage
700 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Peel garlic and finely chop. Peel carrot and cut into small cubes. Rinse celery, trim as needed and cut into small slices. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Press meat out from sausage skin, add to the pan, fry briefly and add prepared vegetables.

Add tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Drain pasta, add to the pan and mix with the sauce. Serve in bowls.
