- 1 Mozzarella
- salt

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into thin slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on top of the bread. Top with the bean sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chives.
