- 2 organic Oranges
- 4 Figs
- 600 grams Natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 150 grams Whole grain cereal (your choice, to taste)
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel orange, taking care to remove the white skin. Cut out orange segments from separating membranes, collecting juice. Rinse figs and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
2.
Mix yogurt with the honey, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Stir in the cereal, spread over a bowl and serve with the fruit. Garnish with mint.
