4 fresh Plum
1 Banana
4 ozs dried Plum
6 ozs Whole grain cereal

Preparation steps

1.

Season yogurt to taste with a little honey and divide among 4 bowls. Rinse the fresh plums, cut in half, remove pits and cut into wedges.

2.

Peel banana, halve lengthwise, cut into slices and place in the bowls with the fresh plums and cereal. Cut dried plums into strips. Sprinkle over the cereal and serve.
