- 2 sprigs rosemary
- parsley (2 sprigs)
- thyme (2 sprigs)
- 6 Tomatoes
- 6 scoops Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tsps peppercorns
- 600 milliliters olive oil
Preparation steps

Rinse herbs and pat dry. Rinse tomatoes. Drain mozzarella. Divide mozzarella pieces among glasses, along with the fresh herbs, tomatoes, bay leaves and peppercorns.

Pour olive oil over mozzarella to cover. Seal jars and store in a cool, dark place for 1 week before serving.
