Preparation steps

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stones. Reserve four slices of the mango for the garnish and place the rest in a blender with the yoghurt.
2.
Reserve four sprigs of mint and place the remaining leaves in the blender. Blend until smooth, pour into four glasses and garnish with the reserved mango and the mint sprigs.
