thinly sliced, leftover Roast beef (or steak)
2 Tbsps olive oil
½ shredded White cabbage (sliced)
1 Red onion (sliced)
1 clove crushed garlic cloves
cup balsamic vinegar
1 red Apple (cored and thinly sliced)
lemons (juiced from one lemon)
2 Tbsps runny honey

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a moderate heat. Sweat the onion for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
2.
Add the garlic, cook for a further minute.
3.
Add the red cabbage and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
4.
Add the apple and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and honey and stir in.
5.
Spoon onto plates and serve with the cold roast beef
