Preparation steps
1.
Pick the flowers from the lavender stems. Rinse the mint and pat dry. Place the lemon, sugar, lavender and mint in a sealable bottle, then fill it with fruit brandy.
2.
Let the bottle rest for 4 weeks in the sun, shaking gently one a day. After 4 weeks, pour the liquid through a coffee filter.
3.
Place 3 fresh lavender flowers a sealable bottle, then fill it with the filtered liquor. Store in a cool, dark place.
