6 Tomatoes

1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil

Preparation steps

Thinly slice lardo. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, on plates.

Rinse tomatoes and cut out stems. Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a bowl, mix together garlic, tomatoes and chopped herbs. Distribute mixture over lardo and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
