Lamb loin (400 grams, trimmed)
2 carrots
1 Kohlrabi
¼ l Beef broth
200 grams Snow peas
4 small onions
100 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
vegetable oil (for cooking)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrots and kohlrabi and cut into 8 cm long sticks (approximately 3 inches). Peel onions and rinse snow peas.

2.

Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides, remove from the pan. Add onions, kohlrabi, peppercorns and carrots to the roasting pan and saute briefly, deglaze pan with broth and return meat to the pan. 

3.

Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes on low heat. Remove meat from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil. 

4.

Add cream to the sauce and simmer down briefly. Add snow peas and cook for about 5 minutes. Season sauce with salt and spread in plates. 

5.

Cut lamb diagonally into thin slices and arrange on top of vegetable sauce, serve.
