28 ozs Plum (halved and pitted)
½ organic lemon (zest grated, juiced)
cup Plum Liqueur
2 Tbsps honey
0.333 cup Almond flour
0.333 cup ground Hazelnuts
½ cup brown sugar (scant)
1 cup flour (scant)
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup butter
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream (to serve)

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease a baking dish with butter.
2.
Place the plums in the baking dish. Mix together the lemon zest, juice, liqueur and honey and drizzle the mixture over the plums.
3.
Mix together the nuts, sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon and rub the mixture to create crumbs. Sprinkle over the plums and bake for around 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream.
