Preparation steps

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 6-8 minutes. Rinse the tomatoes and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Lay on the grill and cook about 5 minutes, until hot. Clean mushrooms and halve or quarter depending on size. Cut the bacon into strips and cook in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Add the mushrooms and cook together for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the steak and tomatoes. Garnish with parsley.
