Preparation steps

1.

Spread slices of bread with butter and top with ham.

2.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel onion, trim and cut into rings. Arrange tomato and onion on ham and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat some butter in a pan and fry 4 eggs to taste. Cut cress with scissors. Add fried eggs to the sandwiches. Serve on plates sprinkled with salt and cress.
