Preparation steps
1.
Put the prunes in the orange juice and leave to soak.
2.
Heat the honey, water and orange zest in a small pan and boil for about 10 minutes.
3.
Put the apricots in the pan, simmer for 5 minutes then remove from the pan.
4.
Carefully cut the apricots in half and discard the stones. Cut the figs in half.
5.
Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers, brush with the honey syrup and grill until the fruit begins to brown.
6.
Serve with yoghurt and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
