2 ripe Pear (peeled, cored and diced)
2 ripe Peaches (peeled, stones removed, diced)
2 Tbsps sugar
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 walnut-sized ginger (peeled and grated)
2 ⅔ cups Yogurt
¼ cup cream (30% fat)
1 Tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

Mix the fruit with the sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Mix the ginger with the yogurt, cream, honey and the remaining lemon juice. Add the fruit and serve in bowls sprinkled with cinnamon.
