100 milliliters cold Whole milk
1 packet Vanilla sugar

150 milliliters milk
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
3 Tbsps sugar
75 grams Strawberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
150 milliliters cooled Buttermilk
1 slice Pineapple (canned)
1 packet Vanilla sugar
50 milliliters Grapefruit juice
125 milliliters cold Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze juice from lime and mix with milk, cream, sugar and some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. 

2.

Rinse, hull and halve strawberries. Transfer to a blender and add lemon juice and honey in a blender (or use an immersion blender). Puree.

3.

With motor running, gradually add buttermilk to mixture.

4.

Chop pineapple and combine with grapefruit juice, vanilla sugar and buttermilk in a blender (or immersion blender). Blend until smooth.

5.

Blanch peaches, rinse with cold water and remove skin. Halve, remove pits and roughly chop. Transfer peaches to a blender. Add milk and vanilla sugar. Puree until smooth.
