100 milliliters Tonic water
mint
6 centiliters Mint syrup
juice of two Limes
200 milliliters mineral water
4 Ice cubes
mint (and lime slices for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Blend the mint syrup, ice cubes and lime juice in a blender. Divide the mixture into two glasses and then fill with mineral water to 2/3 full, and stir briefly. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. (May still be slushy when done).

Rinse and puree the strawberries with the raspberry syrup. Mix with the tonic water and add to the glasses (do not stir in). Freeze for at least 1 hour and take out of the freezer about 20 minutes before serving. To serve, garnish with mint, strawberries, and lime slices.
