750 grams mixed Wild berry (such as strawberries, raspberries, currants and blueberries)
250 grams jam sugar (3:1)
2 centiliters raspberry Brandy
3 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse berries, then combine them in a large saucepan with the preserving sugar, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice. Stir constantly and bring to a boil for 4 min. To check if it's ready, place 1-2 teaspoons of the jam on a cold plate.

If the jam is not the correct consistency after 1 min, boil for another 1-2 minutes. While still hot, pour the jam into jars and seal immediately. Let the sealed jars sit and cool for about 10 minutes, then turn the jars upside down and let cool.
