½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsps honey
½ cup Sunflower seed
6 cups whole porridge oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
5 cups Popped Amaranth
2 ⅕ cups fine porridge oats
0.333 cup dried Cranberry

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the sugar in a large, hot pan. Stir in the honey and add the sunflower seeds and whole oats. Caramelise, stirring, and finally sprinkle over the cinnamon. Pour the mixture onto grease-proof paper and leave to cool.
2.
Break the mixture up by hand and mix with the amaranth, fine oats and cranberries. Package in airtight containers to give as gifts; the muesli will keep for around 3 months.
