- 100 grams Baby spinach
- 200 grams Cucumber
- 4 Kiwi
- 2 mint
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- honey (to taste)
Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the spinach. Peel and finely dice the cucumber. Peel and coarsely chop the kiwi. Add the spinach, cucumber, kiwi, limt, yogurt, vanilla, and lime juice to a blender. Puree completely, then add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Sweeten to taste with honey, pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
