4 cups skinless Chicken breasts (cut into 2 inch cubes)
cup olive oil
1 Tbsp paprika
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ lemon (juiced)
Frisée (to garnish)
1 Tomato (cut into wedges)
wooden Skewer (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the olive oil, paprika, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
2.
Add the chicken breast and allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
3.
After marinading for 30 minutes, heat the grill to hot.
4.
Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
5.
Remove and serve with frisee lettuce and tomato as a garnish.
