2 scallions

Lettuce
1 Tbsp Crème fraiche

4 Filo dough (20 cm) (approximately 8-inch)
butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the vegetables and trim. Cut the carrots, zucchini and peppers into matchsticks and the scallions into rings.

2.

Blanch the vegetables in boiling salted water until al dente, shock in ice water and drain. Mix with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Trim the lettuce, separate the leaves, rinse and pat dry.

4.

Working in batches, fry the filo dough in butter until almost crispy. Top with the lettuce and vegetables, roll up, cut along the middle and serve.
