- 5 Tbsps butter (divided)
- 2 Tbsps flour
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups light ligth cream
- ½ tsp allspice
- salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp White pepper
- cooked lobsters (shelles discrded)
- 4 sprigs Tarragon
Preparation steps
1.
In a skillet over medium heat melt 2 tablespoons butter; add flour to make a paste. Gradually add wine and cream, stirring constantly. Add allspice, salt and pepper.

Simmer. stirring frequently, until thick.

Melt remaining butter and heat lobster through. Arrange lobster on individual serving plates. Pour cream sauce over the lobster. Garnish with reserved lobster body and a sprig of tarragon. Serve and enjoy.
