¼ cup sugar
2 ripe Peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
cup Orange liqueur
cup cream (at least 30% fat)
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 ½ cups natural Yogurt
2 Tbsps chopped Nut

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the butter and sugar in a pan, add the peaches then quench with the liqueur. Simmer on a medium heat for 3-5 min then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2.
Whip the cream and stir in the icing sugar and the yogurt.
3.
Layer the yogurt and peaches alternately in glasses and serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
