- 600 grams Strawberries
- 100 grams Vanilla frosting
- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 100 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 100 grams Hazelnut brittle
- 50 grams Shredded coconut

1.
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and trim stems. Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a hot water bath.
2.
Dip the strawberries in chocolate. Then roll in either coconut or hazelnut. Place on parchment paper and allow to dry.
3.
Alternately: Dip the strawberries in chocolate and allow to dry slightly on parchment paper. Also melt dark chocolate and/or white chocolate separately, place each in a small plastic bag with the corner snipped off and pipe over strawberries in a decorative manner.
4.
Decorate as desired.
