- 4 Chicken thigh
- 8 slices Bacon
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken legs, pat dry and separate from the thighs at the joints. Fry the bacon in a skillet, then remove. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry in the bacon fat until browned, then deglaze the pan with the chicken broth.

Rinse the leeks and cut them into rings. Sprinkle the leeks over the chicken, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Turn the pieces occasionally and add more broth as needed.

Add the bacon and the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper, cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season again to taste and serve.
