100 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
10 Cherries (with stems)

10 Ice cube tray (40 ml)

Preparation steps

1.

Pour 100 ml (approximately .5 cup) cherry juice into the ice maker. Place in freezer and allow to freeze.

2.

Blend yogurt with remaining cherry juice.

3.

Rinse cherries.

4.

Place a spoonful of cherry yogurt on top of frozen cherry juice cubes. Place 1 cherry on top and place in freezer for 2-3 hours. To serve, briefly dip the ice maker in hot water and remove ice cream.
