- 1 Cucumber (one third diced for the garnish, rest peeled, halved, seeds removed and chopped)
- 3 cups Bulgarian Yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- lemon juice (from one lemon)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Dill (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ cup Walnut (chopped)
- chopped Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the cucumber in a mixing bowl and add the yogurt, milk, lemon juice, dill, garlic and olive oil and puree finely.

Season with salt, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper and let the soup chill for approx. 30 mins.
3.
Serve the soup in small bowls garnished with the diced cucumber, walnuts and dill.
