2 tsps freshly grated ginger (freshly grated)
2 Tbsps Agave syrup
Oranges (to garnish)

Put the beetroot into a blender with the orange juice, yogurt, ginger and agave syrup and puree finely. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.
