Preparation steps
1.
Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
2.
Heat butter in a pan and cook banana halves on both sides briefly, drizzle with honey and caramelize lightly. Deglaze and flambé pan with rum. Add orange and lemon juice and simmer briefly.
3.
Place bananas on plates and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with orange zest and herbs, if wanted. Serve.
