- 300 grams sticky rice
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 sm jar Baby corn cob
- 1 sm jar marinated Mushrooms
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 6 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook rice in salted water and drain. Rinse peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into cubes. Rinse cucumber and halve, scrape out seeds and cut into cubes. Drain mushrooms and baby corn.

Combine all prepared salad ingredients. Mix vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
