- 100 grams Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp ground paprika (hot)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 8 slices Crispbread
- 2 Tbsps almonds
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Leeks (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Season the cottage cheese with paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well and spread on the crispbreads. Sprinkle with almonds and press down lightly.

Peel avocado, cut in half, remove the pit and cut the flesh into slices. Sprinkle slices with lemon juice. Top crispbread with avocado slices. Serve garnished with freshly ground pepper and chives.
