1 ½ Limes (juiced)
2 parsley
2 Tbsps peeled Shelled pistachio
3 Ice cubes
salt

honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, and remove the pulp from the peel. Puree in the blender with the buttermilk, lime juice, parsley, pistachios, and ice cubes. 

2.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and some honey. Mix in the mineral water until the desired consistency has been reached. Pour into a glass, garnish with an avocado slice and a sprig of parsley, and serve.
